I believe the strongest brands are built with intention, not intensity.
After nearly 15 years in corporate marketing leading teams, juggling priorities, and doing work I cared about, I carried this quiet feeling that something was always… off.

Marketing felt rushed.
Reactive.
Disconnected from what actually mattered.

Even when I was confident in my skills, the work felt heavier than it should have.

“Is it supposed to feel like this… or is it me?”

Losing my job made me question
everything.
Right before maternity leave with my third child, my role and entire marketing team were eliminated in an acquisition. The timing couldn't have been worse, and for a while, I questioned everything: my value, my identity, and whether I was actually good at what I did.

What I didn’t realize then was that losing my job would become the clarity I desperately needed.
Going out on my own and working with more businesses revealed the truth:
most “marketing problems” aren’t marketing problems at all.
They’re clarity problems. Alignment problems. Foundation problems. Operational problems. Identity problems.

Businesses weren’t failing because they needed more content.
They were failing because they didn’t know:
-
who they were
-
what they stood for
-
who they served
-
what they actually wanted
-
how to communicate it
-
how to grow in a sustainable way
Marketing wasn’t working because everything underneath the marketing wasn’t defined.
Today, I help business owners fix the foundation first.
Because when your business is clear and aligned, marketing becomes easier, more effective, and far more sustainable.

My work centers on helping you:
-
slow down
-
get clear on what actually matters
-
define your brand and offers
-
realign your business with your life
-
create a simple marketing plan that feels like you
No chasing trends. No pressure to “do more.” No wasted money on tactics without strategy.
Just clarity, direction, and grounded growth.
My philosophy? Authenticity over shortcuts. Foundations over fads.
I don’t believe in forcing marketing, because forced marketing never works in the long run.
I believe in:
✔ understanding who you are and what you stand for
✔ building clarity before strategy
✔ creating a message that feels honest and grounded
✔ marketing that builds trust instead of pressure
✔ long-term, sustainable growth over quick hits
✔ doing things the right way, not the fast way

Because once the foundation is aligned, marketing stops feeling like a struggle and starts feeling natural (and a lot more fun too).
A little more about me beyond the work
I’m a wife and mom of three who cares deeply about balancing meaningful work with the rest of the things that matter.

When I'm not working or with my family, you'll usually find me drinking coffee with a 90s or emo playlist going, a Goodreads list that grows faster than I actually read, plans for the next concert or weekend trip, or some kind of craft project in progress.
